This role requires recent experience in leading teams both formally and informally.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nLead planning and scheduling efforts for complex programs and projects.\r\nPerform detailed analyses and prepare comprehensive reports to ensure programs remain within contractual and government cost-control guidelines.\r\nPrepare budgets and schedules for all contract work.\r\nConduct financial analyses, including funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis, to provide actionable insights.\r\nMaintain accurate records of expenditures to ensure adequate funding is available.\r\nDirect the preparation of contractual changes into control systems.\r\nMaintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines to support program success.\r\nLead and mentor team members, providing guidance and professional growth opportunities.\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\nTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field (or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience).\r\nTypically 5+ years of related experience.\r\nExperience with management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical roles in business, program, or operations management.\r\nExperience in a finance-related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Schedule Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis.\r\nExperience collecting data from several sources, performing analysis, and communicating data.\r\nExperience with advanced features in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).\r\nStrong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.\r\nKnowledge of DoD, government contracting, and/or public auditing policies, labor rate composition.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nAdvanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.\r\nCertification: PMP, CPA, or CFA.\r\nExperience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.\r\nProven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects or programs.\r\nStrong presentation skills and experience presenting to senior management.\r\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools.\r\nExperience in a leadership role within a finance or program management team.\r\nAbility to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.\r\nCompensation\r\nPay Range: $116,697.00 – $160,457.25.
