You will coordinate the tasks of the department associates and assist in training and development. You will serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments and provide the highest possible level of service.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for department’s financial data and statistics.\nMonitoring of unit expenditures.\nDevelops and recommends department operating budget and ensure the department operates within budget.\nCoordinates housekeeping activities with other departments.\nPlans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises functions and activities of the department.\nEstablishes work standards and work flow.\nEstablishes and implements policies and procedures for departmental operations.\nEncourages and mentor staff creativity and innovation.\nEnsures compliance with all regulatory agencies.\nProactive in the achievement of the facility goals and objectives.\nDemonstrates quality leadership in meeting performance plans.\nReads, develops, and administers Total Quality Management process.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\n4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.\n1 or more years of supervisory/management experience.\nStrong work ethic, drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nExcellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations.\nAbility to utilize a participative approach to managing staff.\nUnderstanding of budgeting processes and awareness of profit and loss concepts.\nExcellent administrative and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.\nAbility to function appropriately under stressful conditions.\nCRCST or any other applicable sterile processing certification is preferred.\nProficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.\nAssociate’s degree is preferred.\nApply to TouchPoint today!\nTouchPoint is a member of Compass Group USA\nClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story\nCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
