implement, and maintain software applications and digital solutions supporting Transformation Strategy, Enablement, and Service Experience initiatives.\nCollaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to analyze requirements and develop effective software solutions.\nParticipate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\nDevelop and maintain web applications, enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions.\nSupport modernization efforts by enhancing existing applications and developing new system capabilities that improve business processes and service delivery.\nDesign, develop, and maintain application interfaces between internal and external systems.\nCreate and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects, performance issues, and system integration challenges.\nDevelop technical documentation, including system designs, technical specifications, code documentation, and operational procedures.\nSupport Agile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to software Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of four (4) years of software development experience supporting enterprise applications, systems, or technology programs.\nExperience developing and maintaining web applications, enterprise applications, APIs, or integrated software solutions.\nProficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.\nExperience with relational databases, SQL development, and data integration concepts.\nKnowledge of software development methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.\nExperience working in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or hybrid development environments.\nFamiliarity with source control and version management tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab.\nExperience performing software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nU.S. Citizen, and ability to get the clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and/or Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) programs.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or cloud-hosted application environments.\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.\nExperience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power Platform, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.\nKnowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and system integration technologies.\nUnderstanding of secure software
