Personal Assistant Met Global Mobility · Boston, MA · Full-timeAbout Us Met Global Mobility builds premium private ground transportation programs for Fortune 500 leadership, private jet clients, and family offices.The Role We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support the founder and run the day-to-day engine behind our client-facing work. You'll be on the phone with clients or in rooms at events. The right person is organized, warm, and comfortable being the face of the company when the founder can't be.What You'll DoRun Community & Client Events Own monthly client events, communications, and engagementScheduling. Own the founder's calendar. Book meetings, resolve conflicts, protect focus time, and make sure every meeting has a clear purpose.Cold outreach and client calls. Work our pipeline of EAs, travel managers, and hospitality contacts. Make calls, send follow-ups, and move relationships forward.Event coordination. Plan and run our client dinners and gatherings end-to-end: venue, invitations, seating, day-of logistics, follow-up. Typically 1–2 events a month in Boston, with occasional travel to New York and Miami.Attend events on the founder's behalf. When the founder can't be in two places at once, you'll go. Industry events, client dinners, networking functions. You represent the company, work the room, and debrief afterward.General EA work. Inbox triage, meeting prep, travel booking, expense reports, and the hundred small things that keep a founder running.Who You Are2–5 years as an EA, coordinator, or in a client-facing hospitality or sales support roleComfortable on the phone. You can cold-call a stranger and sound like a human, not a scriptPolished in person. You can walk into a room of executives and hold your ownDiscreet, organized, and follow through without being chasedBased in Greater Boston; willing to travel occasionally to NYC and Miami for events
