The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys working with numbers, systems, and cross-functional teams.\r\nIf you have experience in construction project coordination, cost tracking, or project controls, we encourage you to apply.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nCost Control & Reporting\r\nCoordinate cost tracking, budget updates, commitments, actuals, and forecasts\r\nAssist in preparing and distributing project cost reports and performance dashboards\r\nSupport variance analysis of actual costs vs. budget and forecast\r\nAssist with cash flow forecasting based on schedules and production inputs\r\nData Coordination & Reconciliation\r\nCollect and reconcile project cost data from Accounting, Procurement, and Operations\r\nCoordinate with Project Managers and Estimators to resolve cost discrepancies\r\nMonitor procurement activities for proper cost coding and timely delivery\r\nDocumentation & Systems Support\r\nMaintain organized and auditable project controls documentation\r\nSupport development and improvement of project controls tools and templates\r\nAssist with internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)\r\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\r\nClear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally\r\nPreferred\r\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field\r\n2–4 years of experience in construction project controls, project coordination, or project administration\r\nExperience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6\r\nBasic understanding of construction cost control, scheduling, and project accounting principles\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nStrong planning and organizational ability\r\nHigh accuracy in cost and reporting data\r\nProblem-solving skills\r\nAdaptability in a changing project environment\r\nAlignment with Gregory Construction's core values: Safety, Integrity, Communication, Excellence, and Determination\r\nWhy Join Gregory Construction?\r\nGregory Construction is a growing heavy civil construction company focused on delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.
