We work for our clients, and we work for one another.\n\nHere’s a glimpse into your day to day:\n\nSupport the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of facility electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and emergency power systems.\nCollaborate with engineering, maintenance, safety, and production teams to support plant operations and minimize downtime.\nTroubleshoot electrical issues affecting building systems, utilities, infrastructure, and manufacturing equipment.\nReview electrical drawings, schematics, one-line diagrams, and technical specifications for facility upgrades and capital projects.\nCoordinate electrical activities with contractors, vendors, utility providers, and other stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.\nSupport facility renovations, expansions, equipment installations, and capital improvement projects.\nAssist with preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvement initiatives.\nParticipate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for electrical equipment and system failures.\nMaintain electrical documentation, drawings, records, and asset information.\nSupport equipment commissioning, startup, testing, and validation activities.\nIdentify opportunities to improve system reliability, energy efficiency, safety, and operational performance.\n\nYou’ll be a perfect fit if you have:\n\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of technical education and relevant experience.\nExperience working with industrial or manufacturing electrical systems.\nStrong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safe work practices.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience supporting facility infrastructure, utility systems, or manufacturing operations.\nFamiliarity with medium-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems.\nExperience managing or overseeing electrical contractors and service providers.\nExposure to PLCs, industrial controls, automation systems, or process equipment.\nProfessional Engineer (PE), EIT, or other relevant certifications.\nExperience supporting capital projects, facility expansions, or major equipment installations.\n\nCompensation and Benefits:\n\nPay: $135,000-190,000 Annually (depending on experience)\nEligible for overtime pay\nAnnual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable)\nPTO and Paid Holidays\nHealth Benefits: Employee through family level coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurances.
