Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Leasing & Marketing position, based in Charlotte, NC, with opportunities for partial remote work. The responsibilities include managing lease administration, driving resident retention efforts, providing exceptional customer service, communicating with residents and prospects, and assisting with leasing operations. The role also involves working collaboratively with team members to achieve occupancy goals and ensure a positive resident experience. Qualifications Experience with Lease Administration and handling LeasesStrong skills in Resident Retention and Customer ServiceExcellent Communication abilitiesProblem-solving skills and the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleaguesProficiency with relevant computer systems and property management software is an advantagePrior experience in leasing or property management is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in property management are beneficial
