This role emphasizes patient evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, and education for patients, families, and nursing staff. The position offers a collaborative, supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and implement therapies to improve patient outcomes.Instruct nursing staff and family members on follow-through programs to continue patient progress.Document patient care accurately according to regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting standards.Communicate patient progress and issues with supervisors and team members.Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure equipment is properly handled.Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and state/federal laws.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Missouri.Current CPR certification.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Open to new graduates.
