The incumbent provides analytical and programmatic support to Division leadership through data management, program evaluation, performance measurement, reporting, and operational analysis. The position is responsible for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and interpreting complex administrative, scientific, financial, and operational data to support executive decision-making and organizational planning.\r\nThis position supports the Office of the Director, Division of Extramural Programs (EP), which provides policy guidance, program development, evaluation, coordination, and overall operational and administrative management for NLM's extramural programs. The Division consists of the Office of the Director, Administration, Grants Management, and Program Management.
