Duties New Business Identification & Opportunity Assessment Proposal Development & Contract Formation Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination Contract Award Transition & Program Setup Program Execution & Contract Change Management Material Management & Production Integration Subcontractor Execution & Performance Oversight Cost, Schedule & Performance Controls SDRL & Deliverables Management Reporting, Metrics & Executive Communication Compliance & Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Management Risk Management & Process Improvement Stakeholder Coordination & Program Support Strategic Support to Leadership Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. The role operates under the direction of the Senior Program Integration Specialist and provides coordination and execution support to cross-functional teams. Reporting Relationship This position will report to the Integration & Government New Business Director and may also report to a Senior Program Integration Specialist based on organizational structure and program assignment. Qualifications Education/Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 1 year's work experience in business administration, management, construction, program coordination, contracts, material management, or related disciplines is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Behavioral Attributes: Requires the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. Integrity, flexibility/adaptability, initiative, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and multitasking. Maintain the confidential integrity of details pertaining to Eastern Shipbuilding Group. Working Conditions The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this job. Work is performed in both office and shipyard environments. The employee may be exposed to electrical hazards. Noise levels range from low (office) to moderate (production areas). Physical Activity/Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job will operate in multiple environments, including a professional office environment, and Shipboard during the production, outfit, and delivery phases of each Unit/Ship. Employees must be able to work in a ship production environment, including climbing, entering confined spaces such as tanks and voids, and working in various weather conditions. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
