This role is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and monitoring injection molding equipment to ensure stable production, optimal cycle times, and consistent part quality. Day-to-day tasks include performing process changes, troubleshooting equipment and production issues, completing routine preventive maintenance, and documenting process parameters. The Process Technician collaborates with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues, implement improvements, and support new tooling or product launches.
