Travel may be required as necessary to attend training and other company functions\nWork Location: One location\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nPersonnel Management:\nManage high-quality on-site staff through the implementation of effective recruitment, training, coaching, and development programs\nProvide training and motivation to leasing staff and ensure group training sessions are conducted as needed\nStrategic Leasing Management:\nEffectively maintain product knowledge of the community and competitive communities through consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends. Ensure leasing staff develops similar knowledge\nEffectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents\nDirect efforts to implement sales and marketing plans, which effectively maximize rental income and budgeted occupancy\nFinancial Management:\nAssist the General Manager with achieving the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs; identify trends and recommend appropriate strategies and adjustments\nAssist the General Manager with developing yearly operating budgets/forecasts. Accurately prepare and convey all operational and financial data to the Regional Director in a timely manner. Be responsive and receptive to owners' needs, goals, and objectives\nMonitor the timely receipt and reconciliation of rent collections and ensure landlord/resident statutes are followed\nCustomer Service:\nPromotes resident retention by providing excellent customer service to all prospects, residents, and guarantors\nAssists the General Manager by maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program\nAssist the General Manager with monitoring service request turnaround and ensure quality and satisfaction by following up with residents\nAdministration & Risk Management:\nPerform apartment inspections quarterly as well as prior to move in and move out\nManage property risk effectively by communicating incidents and potential liabilities Responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of office, clubhouse, and buildings\nPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor\nQualifications:\nMinimum of two years of property management experience is highly preferred\nMust be able to pass a background check\nHigh school diploma or equivalent highly preferred\nAbility to understand and perform all on-site software functions in Entrata preferred\nReliable transportation to and from work\nAbout Us:\nStudent Quarters is your front door to campus and the perfect living space to connect with the community around you!
