Scrum Master

Overview:We are hiring an experienced 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 / 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 to lead 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲-𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 within a highly regulated environment. This role requires a strong blend of 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀Lead and manage 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲-𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 and projects across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environmentDrive 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 including requirements gathering, process analysis, execution, and milestone trackingPartner with stakeholders to 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀Provide leadership within an 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 (Scrum/Kanban) delivery frameworkDevelop and maintain 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 and best practicesBuild 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺-𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 with risks and progress visibilityIdentify risks and implement 𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀Conduct 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘀 to ensure scope, quality, and timelinesDrive 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 initiativesFacilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲5+ years in 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 / 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁Experience delivering 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲-𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀Strong knowledge of 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 and delivery lifecycleExperience in 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 (Scrum/Kanban) environmentsTools: 𝗝𝗜𝗥𝗔, Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, SharePointAbility to 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 and resolve conflictsStrong 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and stakeholder engagement skills𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲Experience in 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 or regulated industriesExposure to 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 / 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 / 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀Understanding of 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 frameworks𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿Balance of 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻Strong 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴Ability to work in a 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁-𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗱 environmentDrive 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 across teams
