This position is a great career opportunity for an individual who has experience in the financial services industry and who has a working knowledge of investments, annuity, life insurance and advisory products.\r\nThe Role\r\nTheClient Services Associatewill support a team of financial advisors and will be focused on delivering a high level of service to the firm’s clients. Responsibilities of the role include:\r\nDeliver high-quality client service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and providing comprehensive, timely resolutions.\r\nAdminister all documentation required for new account establishment, including but not limited to ACAT and non-ACAT transfers, ETF/ACH transactions, wires, journals, rollovers, RMDs, broker-dealer changes, beneficiary designations, TOD registrations, and systematic investment plans.\r\nOngoing maintenance of annuity, life insurance, and long-term disability contracts. Accurately process contributions, withdrawals, surrenders, and policy modifications, including beneficiary updates, while ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.\r\nProvide support for client technical inquiries related to secure portals, e-delivery preferences, and the coordination of virtual meetings via Zoom or Webex.\r\nMaintain client records in accordance with industry regulations, ensuring proper organization, security, and retention of all executed documentation.\r\nExecute additional administrative and operational functions as required.\r\nRequired Qualifications:\r\nThe successful candidate will possess the following:\r\n4–6 years of experience as a Client Service Associate within the financial services industry.\r\nDemonstrated proficiency in handling e-delivery enrollments, ACAT/non-ACAT transfers, ETF/ACH transactions, wires, rollovers, RMDs, broker-dealer changes, beneficiary designations, TOD registrations, and systematic investments.\r\nDirect experience with annuity and life insurance applications is required.\r\nFamiliarity with Albridge and eMoney is desirable.\r\nPrior experience with CRM platforms is required; knowledge of Redtail is strongly preferred.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), as well as ZOOM and advanced calendar management skills.\r\nAt this time, the good faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 plus a full benefit offering, including paid individual life insurance, 401K plan match, PTO and vacation time.
