This position reports directly to the Asset Information Manager.\r\nThe Technical Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data centric initiatives, bridging the gap between complex data architecture and actionable business intelligence. This role is responsible for orchestrating the delivery of digital tools, streamlining internal workflows, and ensuring that our data products are \"packaged\" for maximum impact and clarity.\r\nKey Responsibilities Project Orchestration: Lead the planning and execution of technical roadmaps, ensuring data management and reporting projects are delivered on time and within scope.\r\nProcess Architecture: Evaluate existing data workflows to identify bottlenecks; design and implement automated or optimized processes to improve team efficacy.\r\nProduct Delivery: Manage the development of digital tools and dashboards, ensuring they meet user requirements and maintain high standards of UI/UX.\r\nData Packaging: Oversee the transformation of raw datasets into polished, consumable formats for executive stakeholders and external partners.\r\nCross-Functional Liaison: Translate complex technical requirements into business logic for non-technical stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for project health.\r\nREQUIREMENTS Technical Literacy: Proven experience managing projects involving SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and data warehousing concepts.\r\nSDLC Mastery: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies as applied to data engineering and tool creation.\r\nAnalytical Rigor: Ability to interrogate data for quality and consistency before it reaches the final packaging stage.\r\nCommunication: Exceptional ability to document technical processes and present data stories to diverse audiences.\r\nPreferred Attributes Innovation Mindset: A proactive approach to discovering new digital tools that could enhance the team's reporting capabilities.\r\nStrategic Detail: The ability to see the big picture of a data strategy while maintaining a meticulous eye for the accuracy of a single report.\r\nQualifications U.S. Citizenship required.\r\nValid Real ID compliant identification - www.dhs.gov/real-id\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Analysis or related field is required. Minimum two (2) years of experience with data analysis and/or project management required. Relevant certifications and experience can be substituted for education.\r\nWork Environment Industrial Shop Environment (50%) - May be exposed to areas of high noise levels, hazardous propellants, explosives, chemicals, and industrial facilities. (35%). Travel between various facilities/test operations is required and may bring exposure to potentially hazardous equipment operation. (15%)\r\nPhysical Requirements Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist and sit for extended periods as well as climb, crawl, and lift up to 35 lbs. (10%). Limited time spent on active construction sites. Must be physically capable of walking and climbing over rough terrain and working at elevated heights and confined spaces. Construction sites are commonly areas of high noise levels due to construction equipment and facility test operations. (10%).
