In this role, you will work with clients navigating relationship concerns, family stress, communication issues, emotional challenges, and major life transitions.Your day will include meeting with clients virtually, completing clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, tracking progress, and helping clients build healthier patterns at home and in their relationships. This is a steady full-time role for an LMFT who enjoys meaningful clinical work and wants the structure of a remote position.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platformComplete intake assessments and identify client needs, goals, and presenting concernsCreate treatment plans that reflect each client's clinical goals and progressSupport clients working through relationship conflict, family dynamics, grief, anxiety, stress, and life changesMaintain clear and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updatesUse electronic health record systems to manage client records and session documentationFollow all state, federal, HIPAA, and professional standards for telehealth careMonitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when neededRequirementsMaster's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical fieldActive LMFT license in the state of New YorkExperience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or familiesComfortable delivering care through telehealth platformsStrong documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systemsAbility to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistencyBenefits2 weeks PTOHealth Insurance401K Plan with 3% Company MatchIf you are a New York-licensed LMFT looking for a remote role with steady hours, strong pay, and meaningful clinical work, we welcome your resume for consideration.
