In this role, you will be responsible for machine setups, real-time quality control, and minor troubleshooting to ensure the high-speed production of our plastic containers and bottles.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* *Machine Operation:* Set up, monitor, and adjust HDPE extrusion blow molding and PET stretch blow molding systems according to client specifications.\n* *Material Loading:* Load raw resin pellets and preforms into hoppers, managing raw material flow and checking label splicing.\n* *Process Optimization:* Regulate machine parameters including temperature, heat, air pressure, and cycle timing to ensure optimal output.\n* *Quality Assurance:* Inspect finished products regularly for defects, wall thickness variances, visual appearance, and weight consistency.\n* *Troubleshooting:* Diagnose routine machine faults, clear jams, and perform mechanical adjustments or preventive maintenance.\n* *Waste Management:* Trim excess flash using knives or bandsaws, and operate regrind equipment to reuse excess plastic materials.\n* *Documentation:* Log precise production data, track machinery downtime, and record waste bin weights accurately.\n\n*Experience*\n\n* *Experience:* Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience operating blow molding machinery (e.g., Bekum, Nissei, Jomar, Sidel, or similar equipment).
