Management Analyst

Tuknik Government Services, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Management Analyst to support TGS and our government customer in Camp Spring, MD. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This position is hybrid/remote with occasional travel to client sites as needed. Core responsibilities include:Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and proceduresConduct simplification and measurement studiesPrepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively, includes program analysts and management consultantsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or related field5+ years of IT experience as a lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME).Experience working with federal government contracts preferredCertification in at least one of the following: CCIE; CCNP; CISSP, RCSP; or MCITP/MCSERequired Skills and Competencies:Expert knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Advanced proficiency in SQL and database managementStrong statistical analysis and modeling skillsExperience with data visualization and dashboard creationExcellent project management abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Excel and advanced spreadsheet analysisKnowledge of data governance and quality standardsExperience with performance measurement frameworksAbility to translate complex data into actionable insightsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsTeam leadership and mentoring capabilitiesDesired Skills and Competencies:Knowledge of machine learning techniquesFamiliarity with government contracting metricsExperience with cloud-based analytics platformsKnowledge of Agile methodologiesExperience with process improvement techniquesBackground in change managementKnowledge of data privacy and security requirementsExperience with predictive analyticsFamiliarity with financial analysis and reportingExperience with data warehouse architectureRequirements:Ability to obtain a Public TrustOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
