We advance our mission by transferring our knowledge to our clients through Evaluation, Adoption, and Training Services.\nFirefly is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our Operations team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer-facing service to our clients. This position requires you to have strong organization skills, business acumen, an eye for details, and the ability to multitask.\nRequired Qualifications\nOne (1) to Three (3) years of related project coordination experience\nDetail-oriented\nExtremely organized\nAbility to multitask and learn new software programs quickly\nIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills\nWell versed in other Microsoft Office programs\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate external client programs assigned to you.\nSchedule events, manage registration, and provide logistical support as needed.\nMaintain program requirements per customer preferences.\nCommunicate between various departments regarding program details and participate in internal program-related calls as necessary.\nReport data to the client as requested and to the local team to help boost enrollment and confirm class dates.\nCoordinate internal client programs assigned to you.\nSchedule events, manage class registration, and pull reports related to class attendance\nCollaborate with various departments as needed to determine appropriate program requirements.
