The Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our LAN/WAN environment across multiple office locations.\r\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, configure, and manage enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points\r\nImplement and maintain SD-WAN solutions connecting branch offices to corporate data centers and cloud environments\r\nManage firewall policies and VPN configurations (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA) in accordance with security best practices\r\nMonitor network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, and SNMP-based platforms\r\nPerform capacity planning and recommend infrastructure upgrades to support business growth\r\nTroubleshoot complex network issues including routing (BGP/OSPF), switching (VLANs, STP), and wireless connectivity\r\nImplement network access control (802.1X) and segmentation strategies\r\nMaintain comprehensive network documentation including topology diagrams and IP address management\r\nParticipate in on-call rotation for after-hours network incidents\r\nCollaborate with security and systems engineering teams on cross-functional projects\r\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\\'s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience\r\n4+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering\r\nStrong knowledge of Cisco IOS/NX-OS and at least one enterprise firewall platform\r\nExperience with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, or equivalent)\r\nSolid understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching (VLANs, STP, LACP)\r\nCisco CCNA certification required; CCNP preferred\r\nExperience with network monitoring and management tools\r\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Cisco CCNP Enterprise certification\r\nPalo Alto PCNSA or PCNSE certification\r\nExperience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet)\r\nPython or Ansible scripting for network automation\r\nExperience with Zero Trust Network Architecture\r\n*The salary reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay rate for this position ranges from $95,000 - $125,000. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
