This leadership role ensures program alignment with Catapult Learning’s educational standards, oversees the performance of teaching staff, and fosters strong partnerships with school stakeholders.\n\nInstructional Oversight & Program Quality\n\nMonitor and support instructional program delivery to ensure adherence to Catapult Learning standards and educational outcomes.\n\nPartner with the Instructional Excellence Team to implement high-quality programming.\n\nConduct regular informal and formal lesson observations; provide coaching and feedback to teachers.\n\nSupport teachers in developing instructional strategies and schedules tailored to student needs.\n\nAssist with student assessments and provide support in conferencing with families and school staff.\n\nSchool & District Relationships\n\nEstablish and maintain positive, professional relationships with principals, classroom teachers, and district representatives.\n\nCommunicate regularly with school partners to ensure smooth program implementation and satisfaction.\n\nReport instructional concerns and supply needs to the Area Manager/Regional Director.\n\nCollaborate with the Area Manager to address program challenges or instructional issues.\n\nOperational & Administrative Support\n\nManage program library and oversee materials inventory, ordering, and organization.\n\nEnsure program spaces meet safety and appearance standards conducive to learning.\n\nSubmit monthly reports and additional documentation to leadership as required.\n\nProvide support for contract renewal and growth of existing programs.\n\nAssist teachers with the completion of company, district, or state-required documentation.\n\nLead monthly team meetings to address instructional and operational updates.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities\n\nRecruit, train, and supervise teachers and teaching assistants as needed.\n\nGuide teachers through Catapult Learning training and prepare them for successful compliance reviews.\n\nProvide coaching and feedback through pre- and post-observation conferences.\n\nSupport teachers with classroom planning, record-keeping, and documentation compliance.\n\nFoster a positive and supportive team culture grounded in collaboration and continuous improvement.\n\nQualifications\nRequired:\n\nBachelor’s degree\n\nValid teaching certificate\n\nAt least two years related supervisory experience in education\n\nMust be able to teach all basic skills or other related areas and interact with students and administrators.\n\nHas the ability to handle multiple priorities and travel between multiple school sites. Must understand that all children can learn.\n\nMust demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers. Must be flexible.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.\n\nUp to 10% travel required\n\nPay Rate\nStarting from USD $60,000.00/year.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nLight lifting, walking, climbing stairs.
