Digital Coordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client and agency goals.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.Create and manage digital marketing plans, budgets, and campaign timelines.Campaign ManagementPlan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC)Social Media MarketingEmail MarketingContent MarketingDisplay and Programmatic AdvertisingInfluencer MarketingMonitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.Analytics & ReportingTrack, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients and senior management.Team & Client ManagementCoordinate with creative, content, SEO, paid media, and web development teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.Mentor and support junior digital marketing team members.SEO & Content OversightOversee SEO strategies, keyword research, content optimization, and technical SEO initiatives.Collaborate with content teams to develop engaging content that supports marketing objectives and improves search visibility.Budget & Vendor ManagementManage campaign budgets and allocate resources efficiently.Evaluate and coordinate with external vendors, media partners, and technology providers when required.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
