This contract will provide configuration management (CM), logistics, mechanical and electrical engineering technician services, field service support, project management, drafting and design, technical writing, and acquisition services to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Unmanned & Expeditionary Weapon Systems (H40) Division and Intelligent Automation (H60) Division.\n\nResponsibilities\nJob Duties to include but are not limited to:\n\nWith input from PL and team members, create briefs for leadership\n\nAble to be proficient in MS Project to assist with maintaining program schedule\n\nShould be able to pro-actively engage with the team to address potential issues\n\nWill need to have experience with preparing cost estimates as well and financial tracking\n\nActively work with the team to identify, track, and address program risk\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nQualifications\n\nAssociates (or higher) in business or related degree AND five (5) years professional experience which includes four (4) years specialized experience in analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives.\n\nExperience in developing life cycle cost analyses of projects and/or performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs; analyzing information to develop program reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology.\n\nExperience analyzing new or proposed legislation, regulations, or requirements to determine impact on program operations, engineering design, or security.\n\nExperience developing management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology;analyzing and evaluating proposed changes in mission or operating procedures.\n\nExperience with work management tools such as Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence.\n\nProficiency in the utilization of the Microsoft Office suite.\n\nIntermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds\n\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\n\nMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically\n\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS\nMust currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.
