The position plays a critical role in supporting grid modernization and digital transformation efforts by ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient management of IAM and SM systems. This position is located in Orange, CT with occasional travel to all locations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field with 3 or more years of relevant experience (Master’s degree preferred) or Associate’s with 5 or more years of relevant experience or High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience.\n\nProven experience in IAM and service management within regulated industries.\n\nExperience with SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock or similar access management platforms.\n\nStrong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.\n\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nGlobal View of the Business (Values cross-functional collaboration, understands the importance of growing knowledge and developing relationships and links across the organization)\n\nRequired Competency Level: Competent\n\nStrong Project/Program Management Skills (Understands leadership and team management skills.
