Material Handler Forklift Operator

Job Description Job Title: Material Handler / DriverShift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM(Paid 20-minute break + Unpaid 30-minute lunch)Starting Pay: $18/hour with room for growthJob Description:We are looking for a hardworking, fast-paced Material Handler / Driver who stays productive at all times and is a true team player. In this role, you will keep our machines running by unloading, organizing, and feeding bales of corrugated sheets onto conveyors. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team that counts on each other, this is the job for you.What You'll Do:Unload all inbound bales of corrugated sheets and organize them for machine infeeding conveyorsKeep conveyors loaded at all times – any downtime for the machines is on you to preventUse receiving documents / bills of lading to verify product accuracyHandle non-palletized bales ( most product is not on pallets ) and stack bales on top of each otherDrive safely around machinery and building support beams – good hand-eye coordination requiredWork in a loud environment – hearing protection and safety glasses provided and requiredDuring downtime: run scrap sheets through the shredder and keep baler area cleanLock and unlock trailers at appropriate timesMaintain clean floors in all work areasWhat We Need From You:Ability to stay productive at all times – no standing around between tasksTeam player attitude – help others, communicate, and pull your weightAbility to lift 50+ lbs regularlyComfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentGood time management and multitasking skillsPhysical & Environmental Requirements:Loud worksite – hearing protection requiredSafety glasses requiredFrequent lifting, stacking, walking, and drivingNon-palletized bale handlingNote: This job description is not all-inclusive.
