Ensures timely documentation, compliance, communication, and return-to-work processes.\nCollaborates with Corporate Human Resources and Center leadership to address employee performance concerns by coaching supervisors on performance management best practices and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) that support employee development and accountability.\nLeads and coordinates corrective action processes, including verbal coaching, written warnings, final warnings, suspensions, and terminations. Ensures all disciplinary actions are administered consistently, appropriately documented, and compliant with company policy and employment regulations.\nConducts employee relations investigations involving workplace complaints, policy violations, harassment allegations, misconduct, and other personnel issues. Prepares findings and recommendations in partnership with Corporate Human Resources.\nMaintains personnel records, HRIS data, and confidential employee information in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.\nMonitors Center workers' compensation, OSHA, and workplace safety programs, partnering with leadership to promote a safe and compliant work environment.\nAnalyzes workforce trends, turnover metrics, employee engagement data, and staffing needs to provide recommendations that support organizational goals and operational effectiveness.\nDevelops and implements effective new hire orientation.\nSupports organizational change initiatives, workforce planning efforts, succession planning activities, and talent development strategies in partnership with Center and Corporate leadership.\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum of a high school diploma is required.\nThree years Human Resources experience required preferred.\nLabor relations experience and supervisory experience preferred.\nValid drivers license with acceptable driving record preferred.\nRequired to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.\nEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.\n\n*This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a person assigned to this job.
