It helps teams reliably turn context into strategy, strategy into execution, and execution into measurable growth.The RoleThe company is hiring a full stack Account Executive to help push and shape their sales motion. This role is for someone who wants more than a quota. You will help define strategy, craft playbooks, and close inaugural deals for new products and offerings.This is a unique opportunity to join early at a rapidly growing, venture backed startup where you will have high impact and visibility. You will help scale the customer base while shaping sales processes along the way.What’s Different About Their Sales MotionBootstrapped from 0 to 5M ARR before raising capital.Grew from 0 to 7M ARR with no dedicated sales or marketing team.Scaled from 7M to 13M ARR with a single AE.Average deal cycle is around 30 days.To date the company has relied primarily on inbound interest and word of mouth.What You Will DoOwn the full sales cycle from lead to close.Run thoughtful discovery and align on concrete business outcomes.Partner with internal stakeholders (including leadership and marketing) to run demos and showcase capabilities.Educate prospects and customers on how the platform fits into and accelerates their overall growth strategy.Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently hit revenue targets.Help kickstart and refine a warm outbound motion.What They Are Looking ForMust Have3+ years of B2B sales experienceBonus if you also have agency or services sales experience.Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding quota.Experience selling to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, or other GTM leaders.Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.Positive, energetic attitude that comes through with customers and internally.Both hunter and farmer mentality.Very high ownership and autonomy – you figure things out and move deals forward without a lot of hand holding.Nice to HaveExperience in a startup or hyper growth environment.Experience in a high velocity sales environment with deal cycles around 30 days.AI forward mindset – you may not know every AI tool, but you actively use AI in your day to day work to be more productive.Perks and Work EnvironmentFully remote – work from anywhere, with some overlap required with 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Pacific Time.Support to set up your work environment for deep, focused work.Minimal meetings and a strong preference for asynchronous communication.Ample time off, including support to observe local holidays and recharge as needed.Strong culture of learning, especially around AI and modern GTM tools.Access to training, workshops, mentorship programs, and support for relevant conferences or industry events.Collaborative, feedback driven culture where clear, concise communication is highly valued.Work AuthorizationApplicants must have legal authorization to work in their country of residence.
