{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"6ef2e8d7358f55d0e6a51cdf","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/6ef2e8d7358f55d0e6a51cdf","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/6ef2e8d7358f55d0e6a51cdf","title":"Manager, AI & Data Analytics","description":"We are seeking an innovative and strategic Manager, AI and Data Analytics to lead the development and execution of enterprise AI, analytics, and data initiatives that enable smarter business decisions, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced member experiences.\n\nThis role will serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams, transforming organizational data into actionable insights while establishing a strong foundation for artificial intelligence, automation, and business intelligence across the enterprise.\n\nLocation/Schedule:\n\nOn site at our corporate office in Fort Worth, TX\nMonday – Friday 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAI Strategy, Governance and Planning\n\nDevelop and execute enterprise AI, automation, and analytics strategies.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve business processes and outcomes.\nPartner with executive leadership to prioritize and deliver high-value initiatives.\nCreate AI strategy documents, technical problem statements, feasibility assessments, business cases, and implementation roadmaps to support prioritization and executive decisions.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.\n\nAI Architecture, Design and Proof of Concepts\n\nLead AI proof-of-concept initiatives, pilots, and scalable production implementations.\nEstablish AI governance, ethical AI practices, security standards, and performance monitoring.\nSupport intelligent automation and AI-powered business solutions.\n\nData Strategy, Architecture & Governance\n\nDevelop data strategies that support reporting, analytics, and AI readiness.\nEstablish and maintain data governance frameworks, quality standards, and compliance practices.\nOversee enterprise data architecture, integration, and lifecycle management.\n\nAnalytics, Business Intelligence and Insights\n\nDefine enterprise reporting and analytics standards.\nDevelop executive dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics capabilities.\nTranslate business questions into actionable data insights and recommendations.\nSupport forecasting, trend analysis, and performance measurement initiatives.\n\nLead and Develop a High-Performing Team\n\nManage and mentor a team of Data Analysts.\nFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nAllocate resources and prioritize initiatives to support organizational objectives.\nServe as a technical and managerial escalation point for data and analytics projects.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n5+ years of experience in systems analysis, data analytics, information technology, or related disciplines.\nExperience leading enterprise analytics, AI, automation, or business intelligence initiatives.\nExperience managing technical teams and delivering projects in Agile environments.\nAdvanced SQL and business intelligence experience.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nExperience in financial services or credit union environments.\nExperience With:\nLarge Language Models (LLMs)\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\nPower BI and enterprise reporting platforms\nPython\nWorkflow automation platforms\nMicrosoft Copilot Studio and AI-driven automation solutions\n\nResponsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg B, Reg Z, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Service Members Civil Relief, and FCRA/FACTA.
