You don't have to know this (it's pretty intuitive) but of course it helps.\r\nHas led/initiated their own research processes and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.\r\nWill learn and adapt quickly—we are an early-stage startup and things will break. We want someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up with us and fix things.\r\nExcited about what we do! Of all the things on this list, this is perhaps the only non-negotiable.
