Manufacturing Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the production process.
Oversee PCB testing procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) inspections to verify product conformance and adherence to AS9100 requirements.
Utilize IPC-610 standards to ensure the quality and reliability of electronic assemblies.
Work with military-grade connectors and other specialized components common in aerospace and defense applications.
Lead root cause analysis efforts to identify and address production flow process issues, driving improvements in efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on root cause analysis findings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles within the aerospace and defense industries.
Proficiency in AS9100 quality management systems and experience with AS9100 audits.
Strong knowledge of BOM management, PCB testing, QA inspection procedures, and IPC-610 standards.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
