Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the day-to-day activities of the assigned location ensuring that security operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional and safe image and approach to the business.\n\nParticipate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.\nOversee the planning, deployment, supervision and productivity of the security operations and traffic control in all parking facilities.\nAssist in the development of property level financial and operational goals.\nManage the day-to-day activities of the assigned locations including: appropriate customer interactions, supervising the completion of all security assignments, submitting reports and investigations, scheduling and assigning security staff to daily posts, monitoring employee rest breaks and meal periods, Overseeing the security personnel (e.g. security officers, dispatchers, sergeants, lieutenants, etc.).\nMonitor and review time and attendance records.\nParticipate in recruiting qualified candidates and training of security staff.\nAssist with incident reports and claims.\nCourteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have.\nPatrol facilities to identify potential security and safety violations.\nReport any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.\nAssist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills etc.\nHave a thorough knowledge of all areas of the parking facilities, as well as nearby major streets, landmarks and freeways.\nAttend and/or conduct meetings as required.\nHandle other duties as needed.\n\nQualifications:\n\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\n\nEducation/Experience Required: High School Graduate. A minimum of one (1) year management experience in security.\n\nAvailability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required.\n\nLicense Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record and valid California Guard Card.\n\nOral Communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.\n\nWritten Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.\n\nCustomer Service: Have a strong customer orientation and positive attitude. Able to responds to requests for service and assistance in a courteous and professional manner.\n\nAdaptability: Adapts to changes in the work environment; Able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.\n\nJudgment: Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. Respond safely and quickly in an emergency situation.\n\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
