HumCap’s client is seeking a Client Success Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction through proactive relationship management, product guidance, and ongoing support. This role focuses on account renewal and growth, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and value.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management: Own and nurture client accounts while identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to support revenue goals and long‑term retention.Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals, challenges, and expectations through consistent communication and regular check‑ins.Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client questions and concerns, partnering with internal teams to deliver effective and timely solutions.Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of available products and services to help clients maximize value and achieve desired outcomes.Client Feedback: Gather and relay client insights to internal stakeholders to support continuous product and service improvements.Onboarding & Training: Lead onboarding initiatives and training sessions to ensure successful implementation and adoption.Retention & Growth: Proactively monitor account health and implement strategies to strengthen client retention and identify growth opportunities.Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client success initiatives with broader business objectives.Required Skills & AbilitiesStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to understand and clearly explain technical conceptsGoal‑driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and revenue growthEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related fieldPrior experience in client success, account management, or a similar client‑facing roleWork LocationHybrid in Dallas, TX (3 days a week) or Remote in the following states: MA, PA, NJ, NY, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, TX, CO, MNCompensation/BenefitsBase range $55k-$65k depending on experience with an $85-$120k OTE50% of medical premiums (medical, dental, vision) covered for the employee and family 401K 4% match 15 days of PTO in year 114 company holidays 40 hours of paid maternity/paternity leave STD, LTD, Life insurance
