(SFI), a two-time USAToday Top Workplaces awardee and Washington Top Workplaces honoree, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of our government contracts. The Contract Manager will be responsible for the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-award to closeout. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of federal government contracting and a proven track record of success in managing a variety of contract types.\nWork Location: On-site, Arlington, VA\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and closeout.\nEnsure compliance with all contract terms and conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.\nServe as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters with government customers and subcontractors.\nIdentify and mitigate contractual risks.\nProvide guidance and support to project managers and other stakeholders on contractual matters.\nMaintain all contract files and records.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
