This highly technical, hands-on role serves as the primary execution lead for the Informatics function, driving the delivery of accurate, scalable, and actionable reporting solutions across clinical, operational, financial, pharmacy, quality, grants, and executive business areas.\nRequirements:\nStrong healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare informatics experience.\nAdvanced proficiency with SQL and Snowflake for querying, validation, data analysis, and reporting development.\nExtensive experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and visualizations.\nHands-on expertise with DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and performance optimization.\nExperience supporting clinical, operational, financial, quality, pharmacy, revenue cycle, or population health reporting initiatives.\nStrong understanding of data governance, data quality, validation methodologies, and reporting documentation.\nProven ability to investigate data discrepancies, validate logic, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExcellent organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nKey responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.\nLead complex data analysis, source-to-report validation, and troubleshooting efforts to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.\nBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models that support organizational decision-making.\nStandardize healthcare reporting logic, KPI definitions, and metric calculations across departments.\nPerform advanced data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.\nOversee report inventory management, documentation, data lineage tracking, and reporting certification processes.\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver meaningful analytics.\nSupport and advance data governance initiatives, reporting standards, and overall analytics maturity across the organization.\nMentor and provide technical guidance to the Informatics & Analytics Analyst while serving as a subject matter expert for reporting and analytics best practices.\nThis is not a strategic-only leadership role or people-manager position. The ideal candidate is a hands-on healthcare analytics expert who enjoys working directly with data and reporting solutions.
