This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a deep understanding of construction management software and technical drawings. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate multiple trades, manage crews, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and project specifications.\nDuties\nLead daily on-site operations, supervising construction crews and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely.\nDevelop, maintain, and update project schedules using Microsoft Projects or other construction scheduling tools, coordinating activities across multiple teams.\nReview and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of work.\nEnforce OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel on site.\nOversee quality control processes by inspecting work for compliance with specifications, schematics, and safety standards; conduct regular site audits.\nCoordinate construction schedule activities with subcontractors and suppliers to prevent delays; supervise the review of construction drawings and schematics for clarity.\nManage project documentation including, RFIs (Requests for Information), daily reports, and safety records.\nSupervise crew management activities including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and resolving on-site issues promptly.Experience\nProven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management roles with a strong background in supervising large-scale fueling projects.\nDemonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately.\nStrong understanding of OSHA regulations as well as federal and local construction safety standards; experience implementing safety programs on-site.\nPrior success leading teams in a construction management capacity with excellent communication skills for effective management oversight.\nKnowledge of construction regulations related to commercial projects; Join our team as a Project Superintendent if you’re passionate about leading impactful projects while maintaining the highest safety standards!
