This hybrid role based in New York offers you the chance to oversee complex, multi‐team projects, drive technical development, and make a meaningful impact in a mission‐driven environment.ResponsibilitiesLead end‐to‐end delivery of technical products and features, managing parallel projects across multiple teams.Gather requirements from diverse stakeholders and translate needs into actionable technical specifications and Jira tickets.Own product vision and roadmaps, partnering with engineering leadership to drive delivery and resolve blockers.Prototype new features and solutions, enabling rapid experimentation and validating feasibility.Bridge the gap between high‐level business goals and robust technical execution.Facilitate agile processes and project tracking for efficient, on‐time delivery and team collaboration.Oversee product quality assurance, release management, and maintain technical documentation standards.Must-Have SkillsStrong technical background with capabilities in prototyping, code review, and understanding of APIs and system architecture.Proven experience as a Product Manager, Tech Lead, or Technical Program Manager in fast‐paced engineering environments.Excellent cross‐functional communication and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to manage large projects and multiple priorities.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or similar field.3+ years in technical product management or tech lead roles.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience working in health tech or early stage startups.Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Flutter, GraphQL, AWS, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Apache Kafka.Background in driving products from concept to launch within technical environments.Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.Ability to synthesize stakeholder feedback and align teams on technical deliverables.#J-18808-Ljbffr
