Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hartford, CT for a Patient Access Specialist. Key responsibilities include assisting patients with registration, verifying insurance details, and providing excellent customer service related to their healthcare needs. The Specialist will also act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a smooth access process and answering any inquiries. This position requires strong communication skills and a focus on delivering seamless patient experiences.
