This is a unique opportunity to work alongside physicians and clinical staff balancing patient experience, scheduling, communication and financial transactions all while maintaining a calm and welcoming environment.As a key member of our team you will:Serve as the first point of contact for all patients, setting the tone for a compassionate, professional experienceGreet, check in, and check out patients efficiently while maintaining a warm and supportive presenceProvide clear guidance, answer questions, and anticipate patient needs throughout their visitCreate a calm, organized environment for patients navigating a sensitive and emotional journeyProactively manage provider schedules to optimize flow and minimize delaysCoordinate communication between clinical, lab and administrative teamsRespond promptly to new patient inquiries via phone, email and through our websiteGuide prospective patients through the process of scheduling a consultationCollect patient payments and outstanding balancesClearly communicate financial policies in a supportive and professional mannerAccurately post payments and maintain daily financial logsManage end-of-day cash drawer balancing and closingOptimize patient triage workflows and support team needs across departments as opportunities ariseMaintain confidentiality and compliance at all timesWhy Join Us?Consistent, Monday - Friday, 7:15am - 3:30pm scheduleCompetitive pay and benefits offeredThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' livesRequirements:Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare office, concierge or high-touch client services roleProven ability to multitask and maintain organization when working with frequent interruptionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in fertility, OB/GYN, or specialty medical practice preferredExperience with patient scheduling systems and electronic medical records preferred
