The role is fully accountable for end‑to‑end ownership of the assigned manufacturing area, including people leadership, daily management execution, and continuous improvement. This position reports to the Value Stream Leader and is located in Duncan, SC with a work schedule of 2:00PM to 10:30PM, Monday through Friday.\nResponsibilities Drive improvements in processes for safety, quality, efficiency, and cost while sustaining predictable operational performance.\nHire, onboard, train, coach, and performance‑manage associates to build a capable, engaged, and accountable team.\nEnsure compliance with EHS requirements and promote a strong culture of safety ownership.\nEnsure products meet all customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.\nDrive adherence to standard work and quality systems to ensure consistent, compliant execution.\nExecute daily production schedules to achieve On‑Time Delivery (OTD) targets.\nMonitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).\nQualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Management or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least three (3) years of manufacturing supervisory experience, including involvement and knowledge of operations, supply chain, planning, receiving, shipping, and material flow.\nExperience leading high‑performance teams in a dynamic environment.\nExperience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, or otherwise) preferred.\nComfortable balancing multiple priorities and providing focus to the team to ensure alignment on the critical few.\nBenefits Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
