The project manager will coordinate clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery of Epic initiatives on time and in scope.Key Responsibilities:Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risks.Coordinate with operational leads, clinical leadership, Business Intelligence, vendors, and IT teams.Facilitate progress reporting and executive updates.Drive effective cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.Maintain project documentation and track performance metrics.Coordinate project meetings including setting meeting agenda, notes and action itemsMonitor project impact, track, and report results on clinical quality and patient experience metricsQualifications:Bachelor''''s degree in computer science, data communication, information processing, or a closely related field.4+ years PM/analyst experience in healthcare, including &Client;2 yrs performing quality measurement or quality improvement activitiesExperience managing operational healthcare projects.Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.Experience with healthcare operations and change management (required).Familiarity with Epic EHR preferred (ambulatory)
