The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems and procedures to ensure that products meet internal and external customer specifications and regulatory requirements. This role will involve cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) efforts for non-conformances and customer complaints.\nCollaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards. Perform supplier audits and quality assessments as needed.\nMaintain compliance with AS9100/ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001 IPC-610, and other relevant industry standards and certifications.\nCreate and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, work instructions, and quality KPI reports.\nSupport internal audits and participate in third-party audits and regulatory inspections.\nLead Lean Six Sigma events within the quality department.\nCreate and lead AS9102 style First Article Inspection reports.\nRepresent the quality department in a professional manner.\nLead Non-conforming material (NCMR) returns and rejections to suppliers.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry.\nCertification in ASQ CQE or Lean Six Sigma is a strong advantage.\nExperience with AS9100/ISO9001, IPC-610, and J-STD preferred.\nProficient in quality tools such as FMEA, 8D/CAPA, PPAP, and statistical analysis.\nProficient in MS Office and quality management systems (QMS).\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nClimate-controlled electronics manufacturing services production floor.\nMust be able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.\nPre-Employment Requirements\nAll offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
