Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills.\nEstablishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities.\nServes as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order or a portfolio of related task orders supporting the same system or mission area.\nAssists the Program Manager in coordinating with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Task Order Managers (TOMs), Government leadership, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.\nOversees day-to-day management of assigned task order(s), ensuring technical, operational, cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved.\nLeads cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.\nIdentifies program risks, develops mitigation strategies, and proactively resolves issues impacting project execution.\nEnsures effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting throughout the project lifecycl\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree\nMust hold a Project or Program Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project or Program Management certification).\nProject or Program Management certifications from accredited institutions are required. Examples from government and commercial sources include, but are not limited to the Defense Acquisition University, the Program Management Institute, Department of Veterans Affairs as well as Universities and Colleges. Substitutes for a Project or Program Management Certification such as training, degrees or relevant experience, will be considered and must clearly state how the credentials are equivalent to the certifications.\nMinimum of seven (7) years of experience managing large, complex IT or consulting programs, with progressively increasing responsibility. Ten (10) years of experience is preferred.\nDemonstrated experience leading enterprise programs consisting of 50 or more personnel.\nProven experience managing programs with annual contract values exceeding $10 million.\nExperience leading application modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy or custom-developed applications to low-code/no-code platforms such as Appian.
