Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/22/2026 Duration: 21 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ Opportunity: Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 6:45 AM• Must adhere to strict 100-mile radius rule - driver's license address must be at least 100 miles from facility• Minimum 2 years specialty experience and 1 travel contract required• Every other weekend requirement• No call responsibilities for travelers• Rotate holidays with permanent staff• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)• Work in 10 LDRP beds with 1 C-section suite and 4 triage beds• Handle approximately 30-60 births per month• Follow ACOG staffing guidelines for patient ratios• Use MEDITECH charting system and Watch Child fetal monitoring (transitioning to Watch Child or OBIX)• Must be able to circulate for C-sections• Floor-specific orientation averages 6 shifts• Possible floating to NICU if experienced• Care for patients 32+ weeks gestation and stable antepartum patients• Scrub requirements: forest green pants with white tops (not provided by hospital)• Cancellation policy: 12 hours every 2 weeks• BSN not required Facility: This 54-bed acute care hospital provides comprehensive maternal and newborn services including Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) care along with a Level 2 NICU. The facility maintains modern equipment and technology to support safe deliveries and newborn care, with respiratory therapy available 24/7 and pharmacy services accessible through partnerships and on-call coverage. The hospital follows ACOG guidelines and maintains appropriate staffing ratios to ensure quality patient care.
