This role supports customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, freight cost tracking, and compliance with company procedures and regulatory compliance.\r\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIESCoordinate and schedule shipments with customers and carriers to meet delivery requirements.\r\nEnter and maintain accurate shipment data in the ERP system; confirm shipments to relieve inventory.\r\nTrack shipments and resolve delivery, carrier, or documentation issues.\r\nRecord and support reconciliation of freight costs.\r\nEnsure order, shipment, and inventory accuracy; investigate discrepancies.\r\nMonitor performance metrics and support process improvements.\r\nFollow company policies, internal controls, and documentation standards.\r\nSupport company and individual performance goals.\r\nREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key function to required standards while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
