Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a second shift Dispatcher located in the Charlotte Metro area. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling deliveries, communicating with drivers to provide instructions, and monitoring routes to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries. Additional responsibilities include resolving logistical issues, maintaining accurate records, and providing superior customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling and route planning effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with drivers, internal teams, and clientsProblem-solving and decision-making skills to address real-time logistics challengesProficiency in using logistics software and basic computer skills for record-keeping and communicationPrevious experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation services preferredAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesHigh school diploma or equivalent required; further education in logistics or related fields is a plusFull Circle or Sylectus TMS experience required
