Waste disposal at designated place\r\nWriting shift reports and making others aware of abnormalities (process, product, machine) during shift\r\nWhen not engaged in rail specific tasks, it may be necessary to help with other sections of the plant\r\nReading and understanding work instructions in work group area\r\nAdditional duties as assigned\r\nSubmit sample of each rail car to resin lab operator for quality checks BEFORE unloading rail car\r\nIf necessary, reject arriving rail cars that fail quality control checks\r\nPrevent contamination of raw materials during shipping and unloading\r\nMaintain proper housekeeping of the rail yard and work area based on 5S principles\r\nKeep log book of all received/shipped rail cars and dates of when they were received/unloaded/shipped out\r\nAssist in implementing and maintaining ISO standards (ex: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 22000) in work group\r\nSuggest and implement kaizen (Improvements) to improve overall performance in terms of PQCDSME.
