Then Mac’s Speed Shop is the place to apply.\nMac’s Speed Shop has created an atmosphere for all (White Collar, Blue Collar, No Collar) to enjoy with BBQ, Brunch, Live Music and Events, Cold Beverages and even a few bikes and classic cars here and there!\nWe are looking for experienced and passionate SERVERS (full and part time positions available) to join our FOH staff team.\nHere’s what you do ….\nKnowledge and ability to recite and explain the menu\nFollow the Steps of Service with each guest\nDemonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with guests, managers, and team members\nEngage in teamwork\nFollows all sanitation and safety policies\nPerforms other duties as assigned by management\nMaintains a safe working environment and report any safety issues to management immediately\nIntermediate knowledge of craft beers is a major plus\nMaintain valid RAST certification\nAdvises Management Team Members of any non-routine situations/issues\nQualifications\nrespectful and hospitable to everyone\nmotivated and have a high energy level but maintain a calm and friendly demeanor\nguest-oriented and always demonstrate a desire to be of service\norganized\nable to excel in high pressure environments\nable to follow written and verbal instructions\nable to recognize common signs of intoxication and know how to address the situation\navailable to a variety of opens, swings, and closes including weekends and holidays\nMust be 18 years old\nBenefits:\nYou create your own salary by the volume of tips YOU earn through your service but Mac's offers a living wage of $12/hour inclusive of tips\n50% discount on food and clothing apparel\nEmployee Referral Bonus\nParticipation in Health Insurance Programs if employed 1 continuous year and average 30 Hours or more each week.\nParticipation in PTO (Paid Time Off) Policy if employed 1 continuous year and average 25 hours or more each week.\nIf this sounds like you - then we want your application!
