Analyzes, streamlines, and automates operational tasks and processes to protect the organization's infrastructure components against adversaries. Builds infrastructure security systems and solutions. Defines infrastructure security standards as well as implements and maintains technologies to measure conformance against infrastructure security standards.\nProvides leadership and oversight for design, documentation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and support for server and database- based network services.\nOversees the daily operations of infrastructure and operations staff.\nManages organization’s database infrastructure needs and develops a long-term strategy for data storage, computing, and networking.\nManages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conducts performance reviews, and provides leadership, technical guidance and coaching.\nShares knowledge and develops staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices.\nDevelops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nComplies with all policies and standards.\nEducation/Experience:\nRequires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.\n\nOr equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.\nTechnical Skills:\nDeep understanding of vulnerability management and common platforms such as Tenable, Rapid7 and Quest.\nPrior management and engineering experience focused on enterprise vulnerability management platforms.\n\nSoft Skills:\nAbility to lead/manage others\nCollaboration and team building skills\nEffectively coaches and delivers constructive feedback\nInstills commitment to organizational goals\nAbility to communicate and make recommendations to upper management\nEffective conflict management skills\nDevelops and delivers effective presentations\nDemonstrated negotiation skills\nPay Range: $100,900.00 - $186,800.00 per year\nCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
