Paid overtime may be available.\n\nAs an Electrical Engineer, you will:\n\nDrive cost savings, margin improvement, and design enhancements across electrical systems\nPerform electrical design, modeling, and analysis for new and existing products\nSupport RDE initiatives, including concept development and early‑stage design work\nContribute to sustaining engineering activities, including cost‑reduction projects and engineering change requests (ECRs)\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, reduce variation, and streamline assembly\nWork collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners\nContribute to projects that impact communities in Northfield, Owatonna, Dundas, Medford, Lakeville, Farmington, Waseca, and Lonsdale, and the greater southern Twin Cities metro\nApply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation\n\nThis position offers a hybrid schedule with 1–2 days onsite per week and 3–4 days working from home.
