This role will lead complex hardware and software development programs from concept through production launch while serving as a key interface between customers, engineering, operations, and global cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong ownership, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, changing deadlines, and multiple programs simultaneously in a dynamic environment.This position requires frequent collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams located in Taiwan. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred because it may facilitate direct communication with overseas stakeholders.
